It is hard to get a link on about.com so this article is a copy of a March 28, 2006 online blog permalink in their Chicago section!

When I link to "Best Of..." lists, I limit myself to those that have been compiled by big magazines or well-known online sites. Diserio.com I can't vouch for it (I'd never heard of it before).
